Caden with his bear
in the hospital.
The Caden Project started in November of 2013 when our son, Caden, spent over a month undergoing a bone marrow transplant at 15 months old.
Caden was given a bear while in the hospital which he clung to for comfort during his sickest moments. The idea was then born to provide bears to as many children in the hospital that we could.
We also give bears to children going through any medical treatment to give them a "friend" to help support and provide comfort during their difficult time.
